Promoter & Director

Sudhanshu Sharma brings over two decades of international pharmaceutical leadership to 23ANDME, specializing in market expansion, strategic business operations and supply-chain management across Southeast Asia and Africa.

With a proven track record of establishing and scaling operations for top-tier Indian multinational pharmaceutical corporations — including Regional Head for South East Asia (Manila) and Country Head for Myanmar at Wockhardt Pharmaceuticals, plus key roles at J.B. Chemicals, Cadila Healthcare and Ranbaxy — he brings deep expertise across diverse regulatory and commercial landscapes:

  • Philippines — Led the regional headquarters in Manila, establishing operations and launching key therapeutic portfolios, including insulin formulations, to secure significant market share.
  • Myanmar — Directed a 60-member operational and field team, driving strategic business expansion, regulatory approvals and end-to-end supply-chain execution.
  • Vietnam & Cambodia — Oversees regional setup, market-entry frameworks and business re-launch strategies, building distribution networks with local stockists, institutions and regulators.
  • East & West Africa — Covered the whole of East and West Africa based out of Mumbai, developing markets and building distribution partnerships across the region.

An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad (3TP Senior Managers Programme) and Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune (Executive MBA in Marketing), Sudhanshu combines commercial acumen and regulatory knowledge with an unwavering commitment to bringing high-quality, life-saving medicines to doctors, hospitals and patients.
